We created this program for those who are ready to build muscle and melt away fat. There are 4 workouts per week. Each workout includes movement prep and warm up sections to prevent injury and prepare the body, a strength section with functional movements to gain requisite strength, accessory work to sculpt the body, and a conditioning section to burn fat.
